I just came back from a weekend of revisiting.. I saw my three childhood friends, we're all 55 now and thousands of miles and years away from the children we were then. I drove by my old house, it was strange. A weekend of people I didn't recognize, people I left behind as I left behind the pain associated with my childhood.
